Condition Disclosure: Each lot is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Unless noted otherwise, items are sold as‑is.

DOA Policy (48 Hours): If an item is dead‑on‑arrival (does not power on or function as described), contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos/video. We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a credit on a future auction. Cosmetic wear is not covered.

Manufacturer Warranties: Some items (especially new/open‑box tools and electronics) may include manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, the original manufacturer’s coverage applies and claims are handled with the manufacturer.

Inspection at Pickup: You’re welcome to plug in or test basic functions during pickup. Once items leave the premises, responsibility transfers to the buyer except for DOA claims above.

Card on File: Winning bidders may be auto‑charged after the auction using the HiBid card on file, per our terms. If a charge fails, we’ll send an invoice with a payment link.
